Augmented reality in Nuenen
The province of Noord Brabant presents a new Augmented Reality
(AR) application in asociation with two local organisations;
Vrijetijdshuis Brabant and the Schatten van Brabant pilot. It is
known as Gogh-mented Reality. You can relive the places that
Vincent van Gogh drew and painted using your mobile phone while
walking through Nuenen.
It shows on location how Van Gogh lived in Nuenen and created
his world famous works. Many of the buildings and settings from
1885 can still be seen. The mobile browser has been developed by
Vrijetijdshuis Brabant, Ordina and Schatten van Brabant, the
cultural programme of the province of North Brabant.
